LineLedger is free software, maintained by a small team. You run it yourself, so there is no account to support and no service contract — but there is no paywall either, and the documentation and the source are the same ones we use. Found a bug? Open an issue on GitHub. Have a feature idea? Add it to the feature-request board. Anything else, email [email protected] — we read it, though we can't promise a response time.
